Project: Meat Processing and Delivery Depot

This interesting project required co-ordination with the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), as well as Council to ensure that all parties were considering the proposal using the same definitions and building categories. The shortfall in parking, limited space onsite for loading and unloading, and the particular needs of the client in terms of the internal layout posed additional challenges.
Despite Council’s initial misgivings, Clause:1 was successful in obtaining a permit without notification or unreasonable conditions of permit.
